Over the summer, Disney Springs (the shopping complex formerly known as Downtown Disney) received incredible updates, including new shopping opportunities and several chef-owned restaurants. Today we’ll be looking at three new food kiosks that opened: BB Wolf’s Sausage Co., Aristocrepes, and The Daily Poutine.

This Little Piggy Went to Disney Springs

Named for the huffing and puffing wolf from Disney’s adaption of the Three Little Pigs, BB Wolf’s Sausage Co. is serving up several variations of artisanal sausage. These sausages sound so good you’ll be thinking “I’m only supposed to eat one?! Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin!” Not to worry, Big Bad has got you covered. The 3 Little Pig Sampler comes with three smaller sausages: one Reuban-inspired, one bacon-wrapped and served with black bean salad, and one topped with chili cheese. For those with limited diets or a love for veggies, I recommend the vegetarian sausage served with peppers, onions, and marinara. BB Wolf’s Sausage Co. counts as one quick service credit on the Disney Dining Plan.

You Should Give a Crepe

Several yards down from BB Wolf’s, Aristocrepes sells French-inspired treats fit for the Aristocats themselves. Serving up both sweet and savory crepes, they’re sure to have something for everyone. The smoked salmon crepe comes complete with cream cheese, onions, capers, and an everything bagel topping. The veggie crepe is filled with pickled beets, goat cheese, candied pecans, and baby greens. Feeling more carnivorous? Try the beef crepe with horseradish cream, red onion, baby spinach, and sharp cheddar.

On the sweeter side, they have a s’mores crepe filled with marshmallow cream, chocolate sauce, graham cracker crumbs, and strawberry romanoff finished with chantilly cream. Along with crepes, Aristocrepes serves both red and white wine and one of my favorite beers, Bell’s Oberon American Wheat Beer. Oberon is what I’d call a “mowing the lawn” beer. It’s just what you want after a couple hours working outside. Perfect for that sunny Florida weather! Aristocrepes counts as a quick service credit on the Disney Dining Plan.

Add a Little Poutine to Your Routine

Last, but definitely not least, The Daily Poutine stuns with its four variations of the classic Canadian dish. The Classic, french fries topped with beef gravy and cheddar cheese curds, is a customer favorite. The Latin starts with a base of yucca fries and piles on black beans, pulled pork, and queso fresco. The Italian is french fries topped with Bocconcino mozzarella and Bolognese sauce. My personal favorite, the French, tops fries with mushroom cream sauce and gruyere cheese. They also serve a Fireball sangria and Unibrone Blanche de Chambly Witbier. The Daily Poutine does not count towards a dining credit.
