The wait is over – well almost! Starting April 10, the beloved 1900 Park Fare will be opening its doors once again at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Hungry guests will be delighted to try plenty of new bites as well as returning favorites coming back to this all-you-care-to-enjoy restaurant for breakfast and dinner. But don’t you worry, the Grand Floridian Strawberry Soup is back and ready to please you and your taste buds with strawberry goodness.
As part of the ongoing transformation of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, upon reopening, 1900 Park Fare will have a newly refreshed look with the same grand charm. Now, you’ll be able to meet some new friends, too! As you dine, you’ll see none other than Princess Tiana in her new look for Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Aladdin with a royal touch in his Prince Aladdin ensemble, Mirabel, and Cinderella.

Luck is in the air because St. Patrick’s Day is just around the corner, and you know what that means – treats! Disneyland Hotel at Disneyland Paris Resort recently underwent a magical transformation filled with dazzling detailsandenhancements all throughout the hotel. And these transformations, as you may have guessed, include our favorite part – the food! The hotel is home to three locations that have new items gracing the menus, and we’ve got them all for you.
The Royal Banquet is an all-you-care-to-enjoy location filled with plenty of mouthwatering delights fit for royalty. This character dining location is available for both lunch and dinner and even features Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, and some of their friends wearing their best royal attire. Here at the hotel, you’ll also find the magnificent La Table de Lumière. This fine-dining restaurant showcases exquisite French cuisine set within a stunning environment inspired by the Hall of Mirrors. She is known for being the first woman to be certified as a Maestra Tequilera or Master Tequilera. From March 1 through April 22, 2024, Disney California Adventure park will be home to delicious flavors inspired by the Golden State. All throughout the resort, you’ll be able to treat your taste buds to tasty delights and even attend cooking demonstrations!
This year, there are more than 80 new items, so you better bring your appetite! Among this menu lineup, you can enjoy soon-to-be favorites like the S’mores Caramel Tart at California Craft Brews and IMPOSSIBLE Chicken Parm Bites at Earth Eats. But no need to worry. There are plenty of returning California staples back to fill your bellies, like the Grilled Top Sirloin at Garlic Kissed and Mickey-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces at Nuts About Cheese.
If you want an enhanced feasting experience, consider the Sip and Savor Pass, a special, commemorative credential that lets you sample different food and non-alcoholic beverage items at participating locations anytime throughout the festival. New this year, the pass is available in either a four-coupon or eight-coupon version, giving you options for just the right amount. Both are available for purchase at various locations throughout Disney California Adventure park.
If you’re in the mood for even more foodie fun, there are various bookable culinary experiences offered at the resort for an additional cost! Uncle Nearest Whiskey is both a Black and women-owned and operated business. Begun in 2017, Uncle Nearest Whiskey has become one of the leading whiskey brands in its industry. The brand’s namesake Is Nathan “Nearest” Green, who is believed to have created the Lincoln County Process, a hallmark of Tennessee whiskey, in which whiskey is filtered through sugar-maple charcoal and then aged in charred oak barrels. Green is credited with teaching this technique to Jack Daniel, who hired Green as the first main distiller for the company and on record in the United States.

This year is the Year of the Dragon and the culinary teams have brought out the creativity to bring you delicious delights inspired by the traditions and cuisines of Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures. From Jan. 23 through Feb. 18, the Lunar New Year Festival will transform Disney California Adventure park into a vibrant celebration with characters, entertainment, festive décor, merchandise, and, of course, food!

Grab your creativity (and your appetite) because the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts is kicking off in just a couple weeks. Starting Jan. 12 through Feb. 19, EPCOT will embrace the arts in all forms, from music to cuisines, and fill the park with plenty of dazzling experiences to enjoy.
