12 New Menu Items Just Debuted at The Hollywood Brown Derby and Sunshine Seasons
To start, Disney World rolled out a batch of new dishes in the final days of June, and they are on menus now as you plan your July visit. In total, Disney Eats revealed 12 new items across two popular spots. First, a full seasonal refresh arrived at The Hollywood Brown Derby in Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Meanwhile, a fresh set of bowls and desserts landed at Sunshine Seasons in EPCOT.

The Hollywood Brown Derby: 7 New Dishes

First up, the signature restaurant on Hollywood Boulevard refreshed its menu with new entrees and desserts. In all, five new plates and two new desserts join the lineup.
- Pan-Roasted Halibut: Leek vichyssoise risotto, peas, and citrus.
- Char Grilled Octopus: Herb-roasted potatoes, chimichurri, and chipotle-harissa aioli.
- Fried Pork Chop: Yuzu beurre blanc and summer vegetables.
- Braised Center-Cut Short Rib: Hominy purée, roasted vegetables, smoky adobo glaze, and beef jus.
- Filet Mignon: Rhubarb-red wine demi-glace, Yukon gold potato, and braised endive.
- Honey Pot de Crème: Strawberry compote, salted streusel, and ginger sponge cake.
- Vanilla-Fruit Cheesecake: Vanilla cheesecake, peach sponge, strawberry panna cotta, streusel, strawberry-peach compote, mango coulis, and a crunchy tuile.

Sunshine Seasons: 5 New Items
Next, the quick-service food court at the base of The Land pavilion added three customizable rice bowls and two desserts. Notably, each bowl is built over cilantro-lime rice.

- Plant-based Sofritas Bowl: Cilantro-lime rice, black beans, onions, peppers, plant-based feta, and pico de gallo.
- Pork Carnitas Bowl: Cilantro-lime rice, black beans, onions, peppers, cotija, and pico de gallo.
- Beef Barbacoa Bowl: Cilantro-lime rice, black beans, onions, peppers, cotija, and pico de gallo.
- Mickey-shaped Strawberry Lemonade Macaron: A pink macaron with lemonade filling and a strawberry jam center.
- Peanut Butter Cookie: Topped with cookies-and-cream icing.

First, Sunshine Seasons is quick service, so you can simply walk up and order. The Hollywood Brown Derby, however, is a signature table-service restaurant that takes reservations, and it can be hard to book on short notice.
