Walt Disney World Resort is rolling out nearly 50 new snacks and sips this fall, and there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re after a new spin on the classic Mickey waffle, a churro mashup, or a specialty cocktail, you’ll find new options spread across the theme parks, water parks, resorts, and Disney Springs.

Because the full lineup covers so much ground, we’ve grouped everything below by category so you can find what you want and exactly where to get it.

Pancakes and Waffles

We didn’t know it was possible, but breakfast just got way more fun at Walt Disney World. Each new breakfast flavor comes in both a Mickey-shaped waffle and a pancake version, served with bacon and sausage, at the same resort location.

Churros

Churros are getting several new twists this fall, including a couple of mashups with other Disney classics.

  • Bavarian Cream-Filled Churros: filled with Bavarian cream and topped with chocolate sauce. Anaheim Produce at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
  • DOLE Whip Pineapple with Chili-Lime and Churro Sundae: DOLE Whip Pineapple layered with chili-lime marinated DOLE pineapple, coconut, and a churro half. Warung Outpost at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park; coming to Happy Landings at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park in 2027.

When Do These New Treats and Drinks Arrive?

Disney describes the lineup as a fall rollout, so most items should be available now or very soon. Two locations, Happy Landings at Typhoon Lagoon and an outdoor vending spot at Disney Springs, aren’t opening the new items until 2027.

Do I Need a Reservation to Try These?

Most of these treats and drinks come from quick-service counters and snack carts, so you can walk right up. A few, though, live at table-service restaurants and lounges that do take reservations, including Cinderella’s Royal Table, Be Our Guest Restaurant, Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater, Whispering Canyon Cafe, and The Hollywood Brown Derby Lounge. If any of those are on your list, set up MouseDining dining alerts so you don’t miss a same-day cancellation or a new booking window.

Are Any of These for Kids?

Yes. The waffles, pancakes, churros, and every drink listed as non-alcoholic are fine for guests of all ages. The cocktails and spiked slush, shake, and beverage versions are limited to guests 21 and older.
