If you’re ready for a flavorful adventure that your taste buds will thank you for, then you’re in luck! The Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival is almost here, and it’s packed with sweet and savory treats for every kind of foodie to enjoy. From February 28 through April 21, 2025, indulge in some of the best snacks, sips, and bookable experiences the Golden State has to offer!

Get ready for a wide array of delicious items, such as the Sirloin Gruyére Mac & Cheese at Garlic Kissed, and Café de Olla Tres Leches Cake at Mercado de Antojos. Of course, we can’t forget about all the returning favorites, like the Mickey-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS bar pieces at Uncork California and the Esquites Loaded Chips at Paradise Garden Grill, which will satisfy even your strongest foodie cravings.

Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival - Sip and Savor Pass

2025 Sip and Savor Pass

To make the most of this year’s offerings, consider the Sip and Savor Pass, a special, commemorative credential that lets you try up to eight different food or non-alcoholic beverage items at participating locations anytime throughout the festival.

If trying eight items seems like a daunting task, splitting the pass with a friend, or purchasing a four-coupon Sip and Savor Pass are great ways to indulge your sweet and savory curiosities. These can be purchased throughout the park at various locations. To see all the tasting portions included in this year’s Sip and Savor Pass, look for the menu items designated with a below.

California Adventure Food & Wine Festival Bookable Experiences

For those wanting to savor even more tasty offerings, there are several bookable experiences to enhance your culinary journey. Make your way to Cocktails at Sonoma Terrace hosted by CORKCICLE and indulge in seminars dedicated to beer, cider, and wine tasting, or venture over to the Carthay Circle Receptions to join winemaking experts in special tastings and pairings.

At Hearthstone Lounge, the returning experience A Walk on the Silverado Trail at Mariposa Pool Deck in Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa delights guests with specialty wine and cuisine pairings, while the new Dinner and Scotch Event features tray-passed hors d’oeuvres, live music, and exceptional scotches paired with an intimate, four-course dinner experience. Some offerings require reservations, so make sure to check out the availability and book now. There may also be walk-up availability, too!

The talented culinary teams have been working on some delicious love potions, I mean dishes, to celebrate Valentine’s Day at both Walt Disney World and Disneyland Resort. While this holiday may be on February 14, some of these lovely libations and bites will be available now, which means more time to make your taste buds fall in love with these delights.

This year, the culinary teams have rolled up their sleeves and masterfully put together some culinary creations that are as beautiful as they are delicious. With nearly 20 Food Studios, there’s a rainbow of flavors and ingredients you won’t want to miss.

As you paint your taste buds with flavor, be sure to pick up a Festival Passport to take part in the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, a returning food stroll filled with beautiful works of culinary art. With each bite, collect stamps by purchasing five of these decadent dishes to redeem a special prize from Deco Delights to enjoy. From Jan. 17 to Feb. 16, 2025, join in on this joyous (and tasty) celebration honoring Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cultures. All throughout Disney California Adventure Park, take part in the festivities with characters in their Lunar New Year attire, lively entertainment, the Lunar New Year Wishing Wall, and plenty of delicious bites.

The culinary teams have drawn inspiration from these cuisines to bring you a can’t-miss line up to kick off the Year of the Snake. With returning delights like the beloved Garlic Noodles and Strawberry Milk Tea Macaron, to soon-to-be favorites like the Spicy Gochujang Chicken Tacos and the Snake Sourdough Bread, you’ll be going into this year full and satisfied!

Let the tropical (and foodie) vibes roll because Wailulu Bar & Grill is almost ready to open its doors. This brand-new, casual walk-up pool bar and grill will be calling the new Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows home starting December 17.

As you take in breathtaking views along the water’s edge of Seven Seas Lagoon, you’ll be surrounded by Polynesian-inspired artwork that was crafted exclusively for this location. Some pieces have even been created with recycled materials and reclaimed fishing nets. For those dining as the sun goes down, Wailulu Bar & Grill will feature firework views from Magic Kingdom Park!

Whether enjoying specialty coffee and on-the-go morning pastries for breakfast, or venturing over for lunch or dinner, your taste buds will be going on a journey. The new Wailulu Bar & Grill menu celebrates the flavors of Polynesia with influences of the Pacific Islands, from Easter Island and New Zealand to Fiji and Guam.

Some of the cultural highlights include the Sweet Potato Hummus with Breadfruit Tostones, Spiced Ham Musubi, and Chocolate Cake with the essence of Kona coffee. But that’s not all. The beverage menu is masterfully crafted, combining modern flavors of the Polynesian Islands with classic ingredients like hibiscus flowers, sake, yuzu, pandan, oolong tea, coffee, and passionfruit. Some stand-out sips include cocktails, the Pandan Gin Gin Mule and Passionfruit and Pineapple Daiquiri, and non-alcoholic specialty beverages, the Hibiscus Iced Tea and Yuzu Oolong Tea Lemonade.

The name even draws inspiration from these cultures, too! Wailulu comes from the Hawaiian words “wai,” which means water, and “lulu,” which means calm.

We’re making our foodie list and checking it twice! What holiday season at Walt Disney World Resort would be complete without the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays presented by AdventHealth? This cherished celebration brings holiday traditions, festivities, and flavors from around the world to you from November 29 to December 30, 2024.

With over 15 Holiday Kitchens, there’s plenty of season’s eatings to be had. You’ll want to unwrap the delicious new Coffee Mocha Cookie and check out the new Holiday Kitchen, Favorites of Festivals Past. Back this year are a sleighs-worth of cherished bites, including the Slow-roasted Turkey and Salted Caramel Spaceship Earth Cookie.

This year, EPCOT will also be home to a brand-new gingerbread display that brings Spaceship Earth to life – in gingerbread form! Be sure to stop by CommuniCore Hall to see this new creation and learn more about what’s new at this year’s festival.

For those with a bit of a sweet tooth, the Holiday Cookie Stroll is back and filled with a decadent and delicious lineup of cookies from the Holiday Kitchens. As you treat your elf, collect stamps in your Festival Passport by purchasing five of these items to redeem a special treat from Holiday Sweets & Treats. Start making your cookie list with the menu items designated with a below.

In between sampling seasonal bites and sips, you can enjoy Holiday Storytellers, grab the whole family for some more holiday fun with Olaf’s Holiday Tradition Expedition Scavenger Hunt, or experience the beloved Candlelight Processional – a moving retelling of the story of Christmas featuring a celebrity narrator and stirring songs performed by an orchestra and choir.

The culinary teams at Walt Disney World Resort have been working hard to ensure there are plenty of delights to try. Starting in November, the holiday season will be serving up delights and excitement to get you in the spirit.

You’ll soon be walking in a winter wonderland because gingerbread season is upon us! In just a few short weeks, Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort will be home to some dazzling creations for the holiday season. These gingerbread displays have become a yuletide tradition for the entire family, and for good reason. They are masterfully brought to life by the talented bakery teams following months of hard work and artistry–these are not to be missed.

This year there are some new and returning creations to get you in the holiday spirit with a Disney touch. New this year, EPCOT will be welcoming Gingerbread Spaceship Earth modeled after the iconic attraction. Returning to Walt Disney World is the adorable Life-Size Baby Gingerbread Giraffe and Baby Zebra at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge. And what holiday season at Disneyland Resort would be complete without the Haunted Mansion Holiday display nestled within the mansion itself!

Cast members creating Gingerbread Spaceship Earth at EPCOT

EPCOT will be home to a brand-new creation starting on November 29 – Gingerbread Spaceship Earth. This offering in CommuniCore Hall will feature Spaceship Earth in gingerbread form. The EPCOT Festival Team and Walt Disney Imagineering have teamed up with the talented EPCOT Pastry team to create this 8-foot-tall gingerbread display, which took over 160 hours. It even will light up and dance to music throughout the day.

The sphere itself is made up of almost a thousand handcrafted gingerbread triangles to mirror the iconic attraction. There are 240 pounds of honey dough, 100 eggs, 100 ounces lebkuchen spice, 55 pounds dark chocolate, and 100 pounds royal icing. For a final Disney touch, there are 11 hidden Mickeys to represent the 11 countries of the World Showcase.

Back for its fourth year, the Life-Size Baby Gingerbread Giraffe and Baby Zebra displays will be trekking into the lobby of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge starting November 24. This adorable creation features Ginger, the baby giraffe – or rather a ginger-affe – along with Debra, the baby zebra. These life-sized displays stand nearly 7 feet tall and are brought to life by the incredibly talented Animal Kingdom Lodge bakery team with a combination of gingerbread, sugar dough, and modeling chocolate. New this year, there is a limited-edition pin, cookie jar, and holiday ornament inspired by Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge available for purchase.

For some tasty bites to enjoy on this holiday safari, the team has also whipped up some tasty items, including the Gingeraffe Cookie and specialty cocktails.

This year, we’re celebrating 25 sweet years of the beloved Gingerbread House at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Starting November 6, the iconic house that smells as good as it looks will be available for guests to bask in the holiday festivities. As you explore the various details of this incredible display, you’ll find white chocolate candy canes, edible snowflakes, sugar poinsettias, and an 88-pound white chocolate Santa. The gingerbread itself is baked with 1050 pounds of honey, 800 pounds of flour, and 600 pounds of confectioners’ sugar. The decorations feature 700 pounds of chocolate and feature over 10,000 pieces of gingerbread – yes, you heard that right. The team spend over 500 hours baking the gingerbread and 480 hours bringing all the dazzling details to life. To celebrate the 25 years of holiday tradition, there are 25 hidden Mickeys scattered throughout. See how many you can find!

There will also be a limited-edition collection of 25th anniversary merchandise including a pin, ornament, cookie jar, magnet, tumbler, t-shirt, and more available for purchase to commemorate your holiday memories.

For 24 years, Disney’s Beach Club Resort has continued their cherished tradition with the life-sized Holiday Carousel. Did we mention it actually spins? Each holiday season, the horses are decorated to a different theme and this year, the characters from “Mickey’s Christmas Carol” will be brought to life by the talented Yacht and Beach Bakery. This yuletide celebration is masterfully created with chocolate, sugar, and fondant with hand-painted characters and handcrafted gingerbread shingles and snowflakes adorning the carousel.

This is done with a whopping 432 pounds of honey, 200 pounds of icing, 100 pounds of eggs, and 2024 pieces of gingerbread, not to mention the creativity and enthusiasm of the bakery team. Be sure to keep an eye out for the 24 hidden gold Mickeys placed throughout the display. To take a piece of the memories home with you, there’s also a limited-edition pin, cookie jar, and holiday ornament available, too.

Castle Display at Disney's Contemporary Resort

Starting November 8, Disney’s Contemporary Resort will be getting an extra holiday (and sweet) touch with their Castle Display. This dazzling creation, back for its 13^th year, can be found on the 4^th floor of the resort. Walt Disney Imagineers have designed this new overlay inspired by the Cinderella Castle Dream Lights.

The Contemporary Bakery team has been hard at work creating this display that stands over 17 feet tall and 25 feet wide. It’s made with 613 pounds of sugar, 1013 pounds of flour, 113 pounds of gingerbread spice, 51 pounds of chocolate, over 4,000 castle gingerbread bricks, and plenty of pixie dust! Don’t forget to search for the 13 hidden Mickeys and the one and only, 5-legged goat. You can also purchase limited-edition pins, cookie jar, and holiday ornament here, too!

For our next stop, we’re taking a trip to the West Coast for two mesmerizing gingerbread displays at Disneyland Resort. Starting November 22, you’ll find Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa Gingerbread Display. This year’s creation in the lobby features a gingerbread replica of Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa with none other than Chip ‘n’ Dale in their pajama attire seen in Mickey’s Holiday Pajama Party Breakfast and Brunch at Storytellers Cafe.

Standing 7 feet tall and 12 feet wide, the structure is created from more than 600 pounds of gingerbread, 600 pounds of powdered sugar, 250 pounds of fondant, one pound of pixie dust, and features 25 hidden Mickeys!

Haunted Mansion Holiday Gingerbread Display

Over in Disneyland Park, the Haunted Mansion has been transformed into a festive celebration by Jack Skellington, or should we say Santa Jack. Here at Haunted Mansion Holiday, inspired by “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas,” the sweet smell of gingerbread leads you to the display. Halloween Town’s resident mad scientist, Dr. Finkelstein, has been hard at work with his trusted assistant Igor to bring his Gigantic Gingerbread Zombie, Lil’ Franky, to life.

This haunting holiday offering is comprised of 60 pounds of gingerbread, 50 pounds of powdered sugar, 10 pounds of egg whites, 30 pounds of rolled fondant, 10 pounds of chocolate, and 2 hidden Mickeys.
