Let’s show our appreciation for our planet with special items inspired by Earth Day! While Earth Day and the 25th Anniversary of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park both fall on April 22, Walt Disney World Resort is celebrating the world around us and its creatures all throughout the month with the help of the talented Disney chefs and mixologists!

Disney’s Animal Kingdom and Disney Resort Hotels are bringing the beauty of Earth to the plate with delicious dishes like the Elephant Cupcake at Pizzafari and Restaurantosaurus, the plant-based Chaat at Sanaa, and the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail Sundae from Tamu Tamu showcasing our very own gorilla – Kejana!

As part of Disney Planet Possible, we’re dedicated to reducing our environmental footprint, supporting conservation efforts, and finding ways for us all to take part in the magic of nature this Earth Month. Happy Easter, foodies! As April 9 is quickly approaching, we’re happy to share with you some egg-cellent eats and sips coming to Disney Parks across the globe. The culinary, pastry, and beverage teams all brought their best with tons of items blooming with flavor.

EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is here and in full swing! The festival will run from March 1  to July 5, 2023 and there are more than 15 Outdoor Kitchens blooming with delicious eats and sips that are sure to satisfy your palate. As we are gearing up for TRON Lightcycle / Run presented by Enterprise to blast off in Tomorrowland at Magic Kingdom Park in just a few short weeks, we’ve also got some exciting foodie news for you. Tomorrowland will soon be home to another new foodie spot – Energy Bytes!

This new kiosk will be serving up some tasty eats and sips for you to grab, drawing inspiration from the futuristic environment around you. Whether you’re looking for some breakfast bites, savory snacks, sweet treats, or refreshing beverages, this new spot will soon become a go-to pitstop as you venture into the world of Tomorrowland.

Chocolate Cake Doughnut Holes and Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee from Brand-New Energy Bytes at Magic Kingdom Park

If you’re kicking off your morning in Magic Kingdom Park, Energy Bytes has some breakfast delights for you. For those wanting a sweet start to the day, the tasty Chocolate Cake Doughnut Holes topped with mocha sauce are a perfect option. With each “byte” you’ll be begging for more! The coffee lovers out there will also have a new caffeinated beverage to try – Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee topped with a yummy mocha sauce. This iced sip is the perfect combination of that classic coffee flavor with a touch of sweetness. These will surely be on my list to start my Magic Kingdom morning!

Digital Dumplings – Buffalo Chicken and Digital Dumplings – Beef & Broccoli from Brand-New Energy Bytes at Magic Kingdom Park

Now onto the savory options. If you love buffalo chicken and dumplings, you’re in luck because Energy Bytes is combining both of these classics into one delicious concoction – Digital Dumplings – Buffalo Chicken. Yes, you heard that right. This bite perfectly combines chicken dumplings, blue cheese powder, and cayenne pepper broth.

And these aren’t the only dumplings coming to Tomorrowland. There is another dish soon to be served up. The Digital Dumplings – Beef & Broccoli is out of this world as it transforms this iconic dish into dumpling form with beef dumplings, broccoli pesto, and ginger-soy broth. How delicious! I don’t know about you, but these snacks are already making me hungry.

Strawberry IceOform from Brand-New Energy Bytes at Magic Kingdom Park

For those looking for a little sweet pick-me-up, Energy Bytes has you covered too. The Strawberry IceOform is the ultimate refreshing treat with the sweetness of the strawberry ice cream mochi, graham crackers, and even a little bit of cheesecake foam to finish it off. It not only looks beautiful but tastes great too!

Watermelon Refresher from Brand-New Energy Bytes at Magic Kingdom Park

Last, but certainly not least, we’ve got the Watermelon Refresher with yuzu and gingerThis frozen sip will take you to another world with tasty flavors. Just take a peek at how good it looks! It’ll be the perfect accompaniment for any of the other yummy items available at this location.

Oh boy! The time is nearly here to welcome back Mickey’s Toontown to Disneyland Resort. On March 19, 2023, you’ll be able to once again step foot inside this reimagined, vibrant, and exciting world of Mickey Mouse and his pals. And as part of this reimagining, you know there’s going to be some tasty new treats coming your way!

We’ve got your first look at the delicious snacks and sips you can enjoy come March 19 when Mickey’s Toontown reopens. There will be two new locations for you to explore – Café Daisy and Good Boy! Grocers. With tasty treats and novelties unlike any you’ve seen before, you’ll be counting down the days until you can get your hands – and taste buds – on these items.

Let’s jump into the details, shall we?

First up, let’s take a closer look at Café Daisy, a new eatery where Daisy Duck will be showing off her expert culinary skills with the help of our talented Disney culinary teams. Whether utilizing mobile order or deciding once you arrive at the location, there are options for you!

Daisy’s Dressed-up Dog

For the grown-ups, there are quite a few dishes Daisy has put together for you. The Daisy’s Dressed-up Dog features an all-beef foot-long hot dog, chili-cheese sauce, mac & cheese, and parmesan potato crispies with house-made chips. For those looking for a simpler hot dog, The Daisy Dog is an all-beef foot-long hot dog with house-made chips and gives you the option of adding on some chili-cheese sauce.

Cheesy Pizza Flop-Over and Pepperoni Pizza Flop-Over

If you’re a pizza lover, there are two options for you too! The Cheesy Pizza Flop-Over features mozzarella and provolone with tomato sauce while the Pepperoni Pizza Flop-Over has pepperoni, mozzarella, and provolone with tomato sauce. Allergy-friendly offerings are available too – just ask at the location!

Spring Garden Wrap

If you’re looking for a plant-based offering, we’ve got one for you too – the Spring Garden Wrap. This dish combines romaine and quinoa into a wrap with a creamy lemon dressing and toasted pumpkin seeds accompanied with house-made chips. Yum!

The Daisy’s Goody-Goody Donuts with cinnamon sugar are not to be missed and are the perfect sweet finish to your dining experience.

Happy Women’s History Month! Here at Disney Parks, we are surrounded by talented women chefs, mixologists, pastry chefs, and more creating culinary works of art for you to enjoy daily. We are always amazed by the talent of these individuals and love to see what they bring to the plate and the glass.

Throughout the entire year there are plenty of ways to enjoy flavors expertly crafted across Disney Parks – the bites are truly endless! Hello foodies – it’s your lucky day! If you love cuisine inspired by the Golden State, then you are going to want to check out this Foodie Guide because we’ve got your first look at the full menu for the Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival. This returning flavor favorite will start serving up can’t-miss eats and sips on March 3 and will run through April 25, 2023, at Disney California Adventure park.

From mouthwatering treats to must-try sips, there is plenty to taste across 12 festival marketplaces. With the new soon-to-be favorites BBQ Beef Brisket Slider from Cluck-A-Doodle-Moo and the Blueberry Pancake Cold Brew from Berry Patch, or the returning Mickey Mouse-shaped Macaron made with SNICKERS from Nuts About Cheese, you will be more than satisfied. If you’re looking for plant-based options, this year Paradise Garden Grill will be serving up a plant-based menu for you to treat yourself too!

The festival marketplaces aren’t the only places you can indulge in some delicious flavors. All throughout Disney California Adventure park and even at Downtown Disney District, you can taste your way through California staples. If you want an enhanced feasting experience, consider the Sip and Savor Pass, a special, commemorative credential that lets you try up to eight different food and non-alcoholic beverage items at participating locations anytime throughout the festival. Whether you use all eight tabs yourself – or split with a friend – you can purchase yours at various locations throughout Disney California Adventure park.

For those wanting an even more special experience, there are unique bookable experiences available at the both Disneyland Hotel and Disney Grand Californian Hotel & Spa as well! Over at the Disneyland Hotel, you’ll find the Trader Sam’s Tiki Mixology Seminar where you’ll learn to make one of their legendary libations – the HippopotoMai-Tai – then enjoy some sweet-and-spicy snacks and get a souvenir tiki mug to take home with you. Meanwhile, the Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa Food and Wine Experience is a can’t-miss. This year, over 15 Outdoor Kitchens are abloom with the freshest flavors and ingredients that are sure to be bursting with flavor. With returning favorites like the Honey-Mascarpone Cheesecake from The Honey Bee-stro Hosted by National Honey Board or the Boneless IMPOSSIBLE Korean Short Rib at Trowel & Trellis Hosted by IMPOSSIBLE and nearly 50 – yes, 50 – new dishes about to blossom for the first time like the Muffuletta Panini from Magnolia Terrace and the Citrus Baked Brie from The Citrus Blossom, you’ll definitely want to try everything. If you can buzz back multiple times, ‘bee’ sure to check out EPCOT Farmers Feast, which has a seasonal menu that changes as the festival progresses! Narcoossee’s to Make Its Grand Return on April 1

Hello there fellow foodies. We’ve got some exciting news to share fresh off the shore of Seven Seas Lagoon. On April 1, 2023, Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa will once again welcome guests for culinary delights in its newly reimagined space. This signature dining restaurant with its spectacular panoramic views, is a staple of the resort, with its waterside location, and over the past several months has seen an enhanced interior revamp as well as a refreshed menu crafted by Chef Noah Estabrook and Pastry Chef Kristine Farmer in a perfect balance of updated classics and new epicurean delights.

Artisan Boule of Sourdough from Narcoossee’s

The new space incorporates the concept of “land and sea” and that’s exactly what the culinary teams drew inspiration from when developing the new menu. Upon sitting down for your meal, you’ll be greeted with a recipe created by Chef Kristine specially for this location – an Artisan Boule of Sourdough made with a perfectly toasty crust and baked daily in the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa bakery.

As you enter your first course, you’ll continue to be met with masterfully crafted dishes. For years, the Bisque has been a mainstay on the menu, so flavor connoisseurs will be thrilled to see it return, but now with an enhanced tableside presentation. The culinary team has also created two new starters. First up, the Beef and Ricotta Tortelloni accompanied by luscious brown butter, parsnip puree, and sultana raisins.

Ocean-inspired Charcuterie Board from Narcoossee’s

Next, the Ocean-inspired Charcuterie Board is a fresh take on a classic featuring ahi tuna pastrami, charred octopus, and house-made sausage from the sea. This plate is a true collaboration, with each component representing the style of a different chef on the Narcoossee’s team.

Moving on to the main course of your dining experience, the team has sourced sustainable seafood from both local waters and around the globe, including Chef Noah’s signature dish, the Blackened Redfish. This meal is served with a crispy chorizo-sunchoke hash with hominy, Florida sweet corn, and red pepper rouille. What makes this fish a standout is the secret blend of blackened spice which has been passed down from chef to chef of the location, with each culinary mastermind finding their own unique way to feature it on the menu.

Roasted Vegetable Paella and Dry-Aged Pork Ribeye Chop from Narcoossee’s

Plant-based diners will be delighted with the Roasted Vegetable Paella featuring market vegetables, cannellini beans, and preserved artichoke finished with charred Meyer lemon. Those looking for land-based fare will savor the new Dry-Aged Pork Ribeye Chop served with creamy goat cheese-potato pave and turnips with onion jam and a touch of fig jus.

Of course, chef has kept Narcoossee’s guest favorites like the Plancha-seared Scallops with Parisian Gnocchi and Surf and Turf featuring tender filet mignon and butter-poached lobster tail on the menu for new and returning guests to indulge in.

The dessert course also features a favorite that has garnered near legendary status over the years amongst diners of Narcoossee’s – Chef Kristine’s incredible Almond-crusted Cheesecake with Lambert cherry sauce and Chantilly cream.

When developing the new additions to the dessert menu, the pastry team was inspired by bright flavors that really complement the overall experience. The Berry Pavlova, for instance, is artfully crafted with Florida fresh berries and citrus delicately placed over meringue and yuzu crémeux and finished with a tableside pour of anglaise. The Pineapple Bavarois is truly a work of art with a roasted-pineapple center and house-made blackberry-buttermilk ice cream. These dishes make for a perfect and sweet finish to a memorable evening.

This waterfront hideaway is the ideal spot to wind down with a fabulous cocktail or zero-proof beverage. The wine list has been refreshed to reflect a diverse portfolio of varietals, with Proprietor Matt Cristi and the sommeliers on his team available to help you create the perfect pairing for each dish. Our team of mixologists have also thoughtfully curated a new cocktail program, inspired by the Victorian era. A must-try is the signature Empress Lime Gimlet, a modern twist on a classic gimlet with Empress Gin, Rockey’s Botanical Liqueur, and cold-pressed lime.

The reopening of Narcoossee’s comes as part of the multi-year transformation of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, honoring its rich history at the Walt Disney World Resort while enhancing its iconic Victorian charm and elegance. Reservations will open for this grand return on March 1, and we look forward to welcoming you back starting April 1 to this enhanced experience destined to become a new favorite!
